We submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
MOTOR VEHICLE / AUTO INSURANCE
We accept all major auto insurance policies. Many insured parties in Washington State carry PIP – Personal Injury Protection so that in the event you sustain injuries while in the car your medical costs are covered. We highly recommend you include this coverage in your auto policy.

LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
The Washington State the Department of Labor and Industries is responsible for managing claims of injured workers. There are no direct medical costs for care when the injuries were sustained on the job. Our insurance department works closely with your L&I claims manager to insure proper documentation and communication regarding your case.
