Spine Consultation & Treatment

If you would like to make an appointment for a spine injury consultation or one of our numerous back pain relief treatments, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls, and appointments are available and welcome – especially for new patients seeking relief from neck and back pain.

Back Pain Appointment Cancellation

If you are unable to keep a spine injury consultation or back pain appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Advance notice allows us time to offer the appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Spine Treatment Financing and Insurance

Our staff will do everything we can to help you afford the back or neck pain relief you need and want. In addition to accepting cash, check, and any major credit card, Northwest Spine Clinic is a preferred provider for most major insurance companies.
